2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.

We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

Scenses Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing failures.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, fragrance names, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of Scenses Perfumes and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scenses Perfumes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
